3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to maintain merchandising standards.
Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and stock movement.
Execute price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity.
