Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing merchandising plans and SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, in-stock levels, and backroom organization.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
