You will support SOPs, manage daily tasks, and coordinate with leadership to ensure efficient in-stock and promotional execution while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong ability to implement SOPs and company programs.
• Experience with inventory management and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with SOPs and company programs adherence.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck execution and ensure smooth flow of merchandise to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock routines, replenishment accuracy, and replenishment readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized backroom and customer-ready floor.
• Manage pricing changes and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs/ASNs, inventory adjustments, and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members; support Asset Protection practices.
