Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Experience in store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to uphold SOPs and company standards.
• Direct truck processing, inventory routines and planogram sets.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions and pricing integrity.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN as assigned.
• Oversee in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Support visual merchandising and backroom organization.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain customer-ready environment.
