Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Snellville, GA seeks a part-time Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards in our store.

You will partner with Store Manager to manage SOPs, staffing needs, truck processing, pricing changes, and promotional events while ensuring a customer-ready environment.

This role requires at least 3 years of retail leadership, the ability to stand for long periods, and a focus on shrink reduction and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Ability to supervise truck processing and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store teams to achieve SOP compliance.
• Oversee truck unloading, sorting, and on-floor merchandise flow.
• Manage in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage.
• Support Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
