Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our McDonough, GA store to lead merchandising and store operations, including planogram execution and inventory management.

You will drive in-stock availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution, while coaching team members and ensuring a customer-ready environment.

This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, ability to work nights/weekends, and a strong focus on SOPs and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Proficient in store operations, inventory control and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership based on business needs.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and in-stock readiness.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
