Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and store programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and backroom. Manage inventory integrity.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship-from-Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs/ASNs with accurate documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; partner in asset protection to reduce shrink.
