Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Warner Robins, GA to lead merchandising and store operations. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to create a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, stock optimization, pricing integrity, and staff development in a fast-paced retail setting. This is a part-time on-site role requiring flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.
• Strong organizational and inventory control skills.
• Experience with planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure policy adherence and staff accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution and merchandise flow to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Handle price changes, promotions, and signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Manage shrink and asset protection practices.
• Train and develop team members.
