Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and store standards are executed accurately.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory flow, and stock replenishment.
• Plan workload and align staffing with business needs.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy (SISO).
• Execute planogram (POG) and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom and sales floor organization for a customer-ready store.
• Manage inventory control and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; support asset protection.
