• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure timely pricing, promotions, and store readiness.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck arrival, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Manage workload planning and staff alignment with business needs.
• Maintain in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and product presentation.
• Support backroom organization and sales floor recovery.
• Drive shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
• Coach and develop team members across departments.
