• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to support in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute promotional ad sets with compliant signage and placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floors and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and accurate order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Partner to maintain asset protection and safe operations.
