Job summary

Michaels Fontana store seeks an experienced Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operating execution. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity and a customer-ready store environment.

The role includes MOD coverage, staff development, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining visual standards and promotional execution across departments. Weekend/early shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOPs and store programs.
• Experience with inventory control and pricing accuracy.
• Experience executing planogram sets and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and visual standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
