Job summary

Michaels in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will lead pricing accuracy, timely promotional execution, and staff training while overseeing stock, Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes to maintain strong in-stock levels and presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Oversee stock movement, in-store replenishment, and store presentation to company standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving to maintain inventory integrity.
