Job summary

Elevate, located at 1426 North 5th Street, Sheboygan, WI, seeks a Part-Time Mental Health Technician for the 2nd shift to support individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges in homes and community settings, helping them build independence and daily living skills. Responsibilities include one-on-one support, transportation assistance, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Starting pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour with a $600 hiring bonus; schedule is 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, mental health, healthcare, or customer service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurability for company vehicles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with teamwork when needed.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in participants' homes and community settings.
• Assist individuals with daily living skills, goals, and community integration.
• Support medication monitoring and encourage healthy routines.
• Promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team.
• Build positive, professional relationships.
