Shalom Parkside Senior Living in Richmond, VA is hiring a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) for part-time shifts (7-3 and 11-7) with every other weekend availability. Qualifications

• Current VA Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications per state regulations and facility policy.
• Observe residents for side effects or changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities as needed.
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being through compassionate interactions.
• Maintain accurate medication records and confidentiality.
