Cascade Living Group is seeking a part-time Cook at Jefferson Lodge (Memory Care) in Oregon. The role emphasizes nutritious, resident-focused meals, teamwork, and upholding the community values.

You’ll work 9:30am-5:30pm, Sunday through Tuesday, with weekends required. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a benefits package. This position supports high-quality life for residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in nutrition, food preparation, safe food handling techniques and food service management.
• Experience working in institutional cooking including mechanical, pureed, finger food and renal diets.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including properly distributing and storing away food.
• Ensure all special dietary needs are met.
• Work in a team environment where communication is key.
• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency.
