Job summary

North Ridge Memory Care is seeking a part-time Dietary Department Cook to join our memory care team, providing compassionate, resident-focused meals. You will prepare meals, maintain a clean kitchen, and support dietary operations in a warm, inclusive environment.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dietary needs while delivering high-quality meals to residents and families. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar culinary role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our menu and dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies and ingredients
• Work collaboratively with our Dietary Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals
• Develop and maintain relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in special events and activities, enhancing the overall dining experience for our residents
