Job summary

Azura Memory Care Verona is seeking a compassionate Part Time Cook to prepare nutritious, resident-tailored meals in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Shifts run 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every other weekend, with a strong focus on food safety, teamwork and creating a warm dining experience for residents with memory care needs. Even if prior cooking experience is limited, reliable and caring individuals are welcome. High school diploma is required, and Azura offers a robust benefits package.

• Experience in cooking or food service preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Passion for serving seniors

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including monitoring food temperatures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
• Communicate with care staff regarding special dietary requirements
