The role focuses on providing varied, supervised recreational programs and ensuring residents are engaged and informed about upcoming events.

Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities, greeting new residents, coordinating monthly events, and helping maintain activity records in compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts; weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned activity programs.
• Offer adequate and diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to increase participation.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain the events schedule.
• Greet new residents and introduce them to others with similar interests.
• Plan parties and decorate the community for seasons/holidays.
• Support census-building initiatives.
• Maintain records of activities and participation as required by state law.
