Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem's Galter Life Center in Chicago seeks a part-time Membership Representative to promote memberships and services. The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, CPR/AED certification, and availability for rotating shifts including Tue 8am-12pm, Wed 10:30am-7pm, Sat 8am-4pm, Sun 12pm-4pm.

You will greet guests, provide tours, follow up with prospects, process enrollments and payments, and help members feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Required, High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
• Prior work experience in Customer Service/Sales. Fitness Sales preferred.
• CPR/AED Certified

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through memberships, programs and services.
• Provide benefits based tours and follow up with prospective members.
• Establish rapport by evaluating needs and goals.
• Input membership information and process payments accurately.
• Membership retention and account management.
• Handle member concerns to ensure positive outcomes.
