Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition and membership programs.
• Converts potential members by actively pitching membership products.
• Sells membership products to new and existing members with energy.
• Delivers superior customer service and handles questions, returns, and purchases.
• Assists with BOPIC orders and maintains club policies.
