BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Membership Sales Ambassador in Long Island City, NY. You’ll engage potential members, explain BJ’s membership options, and deliver helpful service at the front line.

You’ll contribute to achieving enrollment targets while maintaining club standards and a positive member experience. This role involves helping with exchanges, returns, and inquiries, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and member experience.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members and assists with credit card applications and returns.
• Handles merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer inquiries.
• Maintains club policies and ensures compliance and safety.
