Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Brookfield is seeking a Part Time Membership Desk Associate to join our upscale wellness team. You will help guests explore memberships, schedule tours, and book follow-up visits in a friendly, commission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and availability for weekday evenings and weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.

• Clean facility and manage towel area.

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

The ideal candidate will be able to fill openings a minimum of 3 shifts or 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 1 weekend shift mandatory. Typical shifts are Weekday evenings 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm, and weekend shifts mornings 7:30 am - 1 pm and weekend afternoons 1 pm - 5:30 pm. Other shifts available for pick up as able.

Responsibilities

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Uphold the Perspire Core Values, and take it to the next level with the Perspire Brookfield Core Values

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
