Perspire Sauna Studio of Olde Raleigh is seeking enthusiastic member service specialists to join our wellness-focused team. You will sell memberships and greet guests in a fast-paced environment, delivering outstanding service.

You will reach out to leads via our CRM, highlight infrared sauna benefits, and schedule tours while earning commissions. Training is provided; weekend shifts are available; advancement opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2 pm

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 4pm OR 2 pm to 8 pm

Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission
