Perspire Sauna Studio is hiring for a member service team role in Kentucky. The position focuses on selling memberships in a high-energy, commission-based environment and requires weekend availability.

You will reach out to leads via CRM, promote IR Saunas, set reservations, and provide excellent service to guests while keeping the studio clean and organized. Competitive pay with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.

• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facility.
• Maintain and clean the facility and sauna rooms.
• Manage towel supply area and facility organization.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
