Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Florida seeks upbeat team members for the member service role. No prior experience required; we provide extensive training to help you succeed in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will sell memberships, engage with leads, and ensure guests have a welcoming, relaxed visit. Evening/weekend availability is preferred, with 20–35 hours per week and a pay rate of $16–$19 per hour plus commission.

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Conduct studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Ability to stand for 4-5 hours, bend frequently, and lift up to 20 lbs.

• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Must have ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20lbs.

Hiring immediately 20-35 hours per week

Available nights and/or weekends is a must!

Pay rate: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience) plus commission
