Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service role with cash handling.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency required.
• Must be service-minded.
• Basic PC skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Balance and maintain cash drawer accurately.
• Process routine member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments.
• Answer member inquiries in person timely and professionally.
• Greet and sign in members; maintain lobby appearance.
• Support cross-selling of CCU services.
