Job summary

Educators Credit Union is seeking a service-oriented team member to assist members with their financial transactions and provide information on credit union products and services. The role emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and strong member relationships.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–12 months of related experience, and the ability to work Saturdays and varied hours. A positive, proactive attitude and fluent communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
A high school education or GED.
Must have a professional and enthusiastic attitude and also needs to like to help people.
Written and verbal fluency in the required languages.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional service experience to members while assisting them with their financial transactions.
Balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
Welcome members and provide routine information concerning services and educate members regarding credit union products and services.
Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
Other duties as assigned.
