Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months cash handling experience in Retail/Service.
• 6+ months experience in Member/Customer service.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish to serve our Spanish speaking Members while conducting their banking business.

Responsibilities

• Processes Member transactions accurately, including deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions according to policies.
• Maintains daily cash and balancing procedures; researches and resolves cash differences.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Responds to Member inquiries and educates on alternative service channels.
• Adheres to service standards and branch procedures; open/close responsibilities on Saturdays.
• Maintains knowledge of credit union products and services; works as a team.
• Adheres to CARE 4 Guide expectations and Brand Standards.
