Job summary

MY CREDIT UNION is seeking a Part Time Member Service Representative in Richfield, MN to deliver friendly, accurate service to members, handle transactions, answer inquiries, and promote credit union products. The role offers a flexible schedule with hours 8:15–5:15, occasional Saturdays, and a starting hourly rate of $20.00–$24.50 plus monthly incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of customer service experience.
• Credit Union experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Ability to use Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process transactions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Follow security and confidentiality procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve member requests.
