Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and create a welcoming experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with an accurate cash drawer.
• Answer questions about accounts, services, and products.
• Research and resolve account issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Listen to identify member needs and recommend products or services.
• Remain vigilant for fraudulent activity on accounts.
