Mountain West Bank in Idaho is seeking a part-time Bank Teller to support operations at our Meridian and Eagle locations, with duties roving as needed by the Area Manager. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, basic inquiries, and cross-sell services, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits and verify cash and IDs.
• Process withdrawals and check cashing with proper endorsements.
• Identify counterfeit currency and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries on rates and charges.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Refer issues to appropriate departments.
