Job summary

UniWyo Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Service Representative at the Cody Branch. The role handles member transactions, promotes products, and supports daily branch operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with at least one year in banking or related service. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets is preferred; a Monday–Friday 11am–2pm schedule is typical with occasional full shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in accounting, banking, service, or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Assist members visiting the credit union and promote products and services.
• Handle deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, transfers and check cashing.
• Balance teller drawer daily and maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Assist in staff training and refer potential sales to the sales team.
• Respond to member questions promptly and accurately.
