Job summary

UniWyo Credit Union seeks a Part Time Service Representative to assist members with routine banking needs, promote products, and maintain accounts. You will handle deposits and withdrawals, issue cards, and refer potential opportunities to the sales team while upholding privacy and security policies.

The role is Monday through Friday 11am-2pm, with occasional full shifts when necessary; a high school diploma or GED and related experience are required, along with proficiency in word processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Able to move and/or transport items up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits and loan payments and explain products and services
• Promote UniWyo products and services in person
• Open and close savings accounts within guidelines
• Issue debit cards and pre-paid cards
• Refer opportunities to the sales team and maintain member relationships
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy and AML requirements
