Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative in West Salem, WI. You will greet members, handle routine transactions, and promote credit union services while delivering outstanding, friendly service.

Must have a high school diploma; customer service and cash handling experience are preferred. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work a varied schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Background in customer service; financial experience a plus.
• Cash handling or teller experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with daily banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries accurately.
• Promote credit union products and digital services.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
• Support other branch functions as needed.
• Escalate member questions as appropriate.
