Job summary

SECU seeks a member-focused Teller at our Benson branch to provide exemplary service across channels, handle cash, open and maintain accounts, and assist members with inquiries. You will balance cash drawers, process transactions, and support vault, ATM, and drive-thru operations as needed.

Strong math, communication, and computer skills, plus fluency in English, are essential. We value professionalism, confidentiality, and a friendly, team-oriented approach within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle membership establishment, open accounts, and process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile vault, ATM, and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports (vault, checks, Visa gift cards, tickets, forgeries, coin sorter).
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
