Job summary

SECU is seeking a member services professional to greet members, open accounts, and provide accurate information about products and services. Responsibilities include balancing cash, processing transactions, and assisting with drive-thru operations in a fast-paced credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attendance in accordance with assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep daily and monthly records of reports such as vault control and coin sorter.
