Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Saint George, Utah, is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative at the St George Mall Dr Branch to deliver outstanding member service, assess needs, open and service accounts, and explain MACU products that fit each member's goals. The schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00am–3:00pm and Saturdays 8:40am–2:15pm, with a weekday off after a Saturday.

Base pay starts at $17.50/hour, bilingual add-on of $1.00/hour, plus incentives and benefits including

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Opens new accounts and services existing accounts; cross-sells products as appropriate.
• Maintains branch operations including cash handling, transactions, and security procedures.
