Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service, handle new accounts and loan documentation, and support a branch through selling and referrals. You will engage with members, volunteers, and staff to meet financial needs with a member-first approach.

This role emphasizes accuracy in loan documentation, cash handling, and teamwork, with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans.
Ability to cross-sell using a needs-based approach.
Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to balance cash and perform teller transactions.
Ability to interact with a diverse member base.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to all Members and cross-sell products.
Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
Obtain information from Member to complete loan application; examine and collect loan documents.
Complete loan-funding process and recommend additional products or services.
Research member questions and respond with accurate information.
Safeguard member information and ensure confidentiality.
