National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise partner, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to create a Judgement Free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new clients, and log amenities while answering questions and processing purchases.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to interact with members professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
