Whatcom Meadows Camping Association is seeking a friendly Part-Time Member Services Associate to serve as the primary contact for members and support daily operations. You will help with inquiries, memberships, payments, and communications, ensuring a positive member experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and comfortable using technology. The role involves some evening and weekend work in a fast-paced office setting, and offers a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail.
• Comfortable learning new software and databases.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist members with account updates, payments, and general information.
• Resolve member concerns professionally or escalate when appropriate.
• Provide outstanding customer service that reflects the Associations values.
• Respond promptly to member emails and telephone inquiries.
• Maintain informational materials for members.
• Assist members with login issues and navigation of the Member Portal.
• Maintain filing systems and organizational records.
• Support Member Services Team and the Board of Directors as assigned.
