Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate (24 to 25 hours per week) to deliver exceptional member service and support branch operations in Napa, CA. The role includes cash handling, processing transactions, and cross-selling credit union products to meet member needs.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with at least six months in retail or financial services.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least six months of retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Ability to learn products, procedures, and technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell RCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Explain products and services to Members and establish basic products for Members.
• Complete Members’ transactions accurately and balance cash, checks, and maintain documentation.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in branch opening/closing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist with branch operations.
