Job summary

Kirtland Credit Union in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a Part Time Member Experience Specialist I to help members with everyday banking needs and build lasting relationships.

This on-site role supports tellers, deposits, new accounts, and referrals for loans and services while delivering exceptional service. Prior cash handling and sales experience preferred; high school diploma required; benefits include comprehensive coverage and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cash handling experience, sales and customer service.
• Experience with IRA and other consumer deposit products preferred.
• Prior sales experience with individual performance and/or sales goals where goals were met or exceeded preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of member service functions.
• Meet with members, create and enhance member relationships.
• Proactively analyze member financial needs and present product or service options.
• Basic knowledge of all deposit and consumer loan products and services.
• Complete account maintenance tasks such as check orders and debit cards.
