Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a BXP Specialist/ teller-level professional to provide friendly, accurate service and manage daily cash operations at the White Rock branch in NM. You will handle deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and card issuances while maintaining cash balance and following regulations.

The role emphasizes member education, cross-selling credit union solutions, teamwork, and ongoing compliance training as part of a community-minded nonprofit financial cooperative.

Qualifications

• Six months of similar or related experience for Level I; 1–3 years for Level II.
• Strong cash handling and customer service experience.
• Experience in teller duties and accurate balancing of cash.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle deposits, payments, cashier's checks, and gift/travel cards.
• Balance operating cash daily and process transactions accurately.
• Greet members and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Promote education about credit union products and services.
