You will handle routine branch transactions, open memberships, and assist with deposits, loans, and digital banking tools, while pursuing light outbound outreach to deepen member relationships and meet branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred in a financial, hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
• Experience with proactive outreach or sales goals is a plus.
• Interest in consultative sales or consumer lending is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and recommend products and services.
• Meet sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Provide service for routine branch transactions.
• Open new memberships and standard deposit accounts.
• Support consumer loan origination and servicing processes.
• Follow workflows and escalate non-routine issues.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with lobby management and scheduling appointments.
• Perform teller and platform functions with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow BSA/AML, OFAC, and privacy requirements.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve skills.
