Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a BXP Specialist at our Southern Branch in Rio Rancho, NM. You will deliver friendly, accurate service, process deposits and payments, and assist members with account management while maintaining cash accuracy.

You will promote member education, identify opportunities to offer credit union solutions, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role supports the branch and community as part of our mission and culture in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Six months of teller or cash-handling experience.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs professionally and efficiently.
• Process deposits, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cards.
• Maintain and balance operating cash daily.
• Greet members and promote needs-based education.
• Comply with regulations and complete compliance training.
