Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a BXP Specialist at the White Rock, NM branch. You will assist members with deposits, loan payments, and other services, while balancing cash daily and answering questions about products.

The role emphasizes member education, compliance, and teamwork to support branch goals. Requires strong cash handling, customer service, and basic core-system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• Strong cash handling and customer service experience.
• Level II requires 1–3 years of related experience including teller duties.
• Experience in multitasking, attention to detail, cross-selling, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core systems for loan and deposit platforms.
• Process deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and card issuances.
• Balance operating cash daily and resolve member inquiries.
• Greet members and direct to appropriate area.
• Promote education and promote credit union products to meet goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete mandatory training.
• Collaborate with team to support branch success.
