The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time Membership Services Representative at the Central Branch in Fort Wayne, IN. You will be the friendly face handling member needs in person, over the phone, and at the desk, helping create a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include connecting with members, delivering excellent service, and maintaining satisfaction while supporting program and branch operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• If 18 or older, must have a high school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress well.
• Attentive to details, organized, and proficient at clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
