The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty at the Central Branch YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN. You will supervise branch operations in the absence of senior leadership and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Proficient in computer usage and able to adapt to new tech.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
