Job summary

The Foundation YMCA of Wilson is seeking a part-time Member Engagement Representative (up to 30 hours per week) in Wilson, NC. You will engage with members, guide tours, register participants, and provide helpful information to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Professional attitude and appearance.
• CPR and AED certification; must be able to perform all CPR and First Aid skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, potential members, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Provide facility tours and explain programs, rates, and policies.
• Register members and non-members for programs offered during the year.
• Answer phones, relay information, and take messages accurately.
• Maintain the front desk and fitness area; complete end-of-shift close-outs.
